As a working mother-to-be, Amanda Goad applied to Rivet School while pregnant with her first child, setting a goal to graduate before her son turned two years old.

Throughout her time at Rivet School, Amanda was empowered towards her goal by her College and Career Coach. "I’ve utilized my Career Coach, Tammy, all the time," Amanda shares. "She's been instrumental in helping me explore new opportunities and pursue my career goals."
Only a few days before her son’s second birthday, Amanda graduated with her Bachelor's of Arts in Communications through Southern New Hampshire University at Rivet School’s 2023 graduation.
"Getting my degree after so much time felt like a weight off my shoulders," Amanda admits. With her degree in hand and a newfound sense of confidence, Amanda is ready to embrace the next chapter of her life.
