At Rivet School, our goal is to combine the flexibility of an online program with the local support of traditional college. This allows you to do your work online — when and where you want to — while connecting with local staff, peers, and resources.
We serve students across the Bay Area and Central Valley, including right here in Oakland. When you apply and are accepted to Rivet School, you’ll be paired with a local coach to support you with academics, accountability, student finances, and more. We’ll also help you connect with place-based resources like co-working space (if you need it). In Oakland, we host regular study sessions at Oakstop, just a short walk from 19th St. BART.
